Hot and Spicy Chicken Tangri


        Ingredients :

      1.      4-6 Chicken Legs
      2.      1/4 tsp red chili powder                                        
      3.      ¾ tsp black pepper.
      4.      ¾ tbsp coriander powder
      5.      1 tbsp hot and sweet tomato chili sauce
      6.      2 and ½ tbsp yogurt
      7.      1 tbsp lemon juice
      8.      2 tbsp oil
      9.      6 curry leaves
     10.  1 tbsp green chilli,ginger,garlic paste
     11.  ½ tsp turmeric powder
     12.  ½ tsp cumin powder
     13.  Pinch of garam masala
     14.  Salt per taste
Procedure:


 1. Clean chicken leg pieces well.Prick or slits the chicken all over with a fork and make incisions with a sharp knife on leg pieces.
2. Except oil ,marinate chicken legs with all the other ingredients.Refrigerate and allow to marinate overnight or marinate for at least 3-4 hrs.
3. heat oil in cooking wessel,add curry leaves and chicken pieces along with the left over marinate if any.Cook on high flame for 4 minutes.Reduce flame to medium.Place lid and cook for 10 minutes.Reuce flame to low and cook for another 10 to 12 mins.
4. Remove lid and cook till the water evaporates and roast on medium flame till well cooked.
5. Serve hot with oinion slices and lemon wedges.
