Tok Jhaal Tel Koi


                                     Tok Jhaal Tel Koi          


Ingredients :

1.Koi Fish (6-8 pieces),
2. Potato (Big sized 1-2 sliced in long shape)
3.Onion(medium sized 2 finely chopped or grinded)
4.Tomato(Big or medium 1 grinded as puree)
5.Ginger,Garlic,Green Chili paste 2 tsp
6.Garam Masala
7.All spices including Turmeric ,Coriander,Cumin,Red Chili Powder
8.Hot n Sweet Tomato Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
9.Salt
10. Coriander Leaves or Green chilies  for garnishing
11. Oil preferred mustard oil



Procedure:

First take the potatoes and make it half boiled in salted water.take them out and let it leave the water.Then Marinate the fishes with turmeric powder and salt for few mins(15 mins at least).Take good quantity of oil in a pan and heat it in its best manner..Then carefully leave those fishes one by one..Be careful...Fry them averagely...Take them out… now with that oil only you have to carry on the whole procedure..Fry the onion until golden brown.  Then add the ginger, garlic and green chili paste …stir until it mixes up well with each other...add tomato puree and stir well until it starts leaving bubbles...Then add all the spices including salt and continue stirring. Keep the lid down for some while in low flame…Then add hot and sweet tomato sauce…Then stir well. Add half boiled potatoes and the fried fishes…Mix well… keep the lid down for some minutes. And then serve hot with coriander leaves or green chilies as per your wish finely garnished over it. I did it with Green Chili…
